热致变色双层小提花织物的设计

摘  要:基于热致变色纱线在服装中应用较少的现状,将热致变色纱线与双层小提花组织结合,设计热致变色织物。将热致变色纱线应用于织物表层或里层,通过上接下、下接上等方式将织物表里层接结起来,形成具有热致变色效应的织物。实践表明:当织物表面受热到达一定温度时,织物正面或反面由于热致变色纱线会出现不同的变色;温度降低后,织物可恢复原来的颜色。认为:设计的热致变色双层小提花织物能随温度变化而变色,可用于服饰与装饰用纺织品等。Based on the current situation that thermochromic yarns was seldom used in garment,thermochromic fabric was designed by combining thermochromic yarn with double-layer jacquard weave.The thermochromic yarn was applied to the surface layer or inner layer of the fabric,the surface and inner layer of the fabric were connected together by the way of upper connection and lower connection to form the fabric with thermochromic effect.The practice showed when the surface of the fabric was heated to a certain temperature,the front or back side of the fabric would had different discoloration due to the thermochromic yarn,after the temperature was reduced,the fabric can restore the original color.It is considered that the designed thermochromic double-layer jacquard fabric can change color with temperature change,and used in apparel and decorative textiles.
