摘 要:The immune system plays a pivotal role in orchestrating tissue repair processes, particularly when immune dysregulation from conditions such as diabetes or aging hampers tissue healing post-injury.Nociceptive neurons are integral as immunoregulatory agents and exert either protective or deleterious effects by releasing neuropeptides, such as calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and substance P(SP),to interact with immune cells under various conditions[1].However,the precise mechanisms governing neuro-immune interactions and their effects on tissue repair after acute injury are still not fully understood.
