摘  要:新质生产力具有高知识密集度和高附加值等特点,强调知识聚合、知识生产与创新以及以知识为核心的增值效应。作为在跨学科基础上产生的学科范式,超学科不仅可以实现知识聚合和生产,还能以知识创新促进技术创新与产业创新,体现出以知识创新为核心的增值效应,契合新质生产力的特点与要求。超学科是由教育、研究与创新共同组成的多层次协调系统,通过创新型的人才培养、知识生产和知识增值,赋能新质生产力对新质劳动者、新质劳动资料和新质劳动对象的需求。因此,可从跨学科人才培养、“有组织科研”、创新生态系统建设等方面着手,发挥超学科赋能新质生产力的重要作用。New quality productivity have the characteristics of high knowledge intensity and high added value,emphasizing knowledge aggregation,knowledge production and innovation,as well as the value-added effect centered on knowledge.As a disciplinary paradigm that emerged on a cross-disciplinary basis,transdisciplinary not only achieves knowledge aggregation and production,but also promotes technological and industrial innovation through knowledge innovation,reflecting the value-added effect centered on knowledge innovation,and corresponding to the characters and demands of new quality productivity.Transdisciplinary is a multi-level coordinated system composed of education,research,and innovation.Through innovative talent cultivation,knowledge production,and knowledge appreciation,it empowers the demand of new quality productivity for new quality labor,new quality labor materials,and new quality labor objects.Therefore,transdisciplinary can focus on cross-disciplinary talent cultivation,organized scientific research,and innovative ecosystem construction to play an important role in empowering new quality productivity.
