高校教师教学实践性知识发展现状及影响因素研究

摘  要:高校教师教学实践性知识是高校教师专业发展的重要知识基础。通过问卷调查和访谈分析,发现自我知识、情境知识和教学知识是高校教师当前最需要的教学实践性知识。教育信念在高校教师教学实践性知识发展中起潜在主导作用,教学反思、情境中解决问题等是提升高校教师教学实践性知识的重要途径。进一步促进高校教师教学实践性知识的发展,需要把握教学反思在高校教师教学实践性知识发展中的关键作用,加强教学知识与情境知识融合,关注自我知识在高校教师教学实践性知识发展中的动力作用。Teaching practical knowledge of university teachers is an important knowledge foundation for their professional development.Through questionnaire survey and interview analysis,it is found that self knowledge,situational knowledge,and teaching knowledge are the most needed teaching practical knowledge for college teachers at present.Educational beliefs play a potentially dominant role in the development of teaching practical knowledge for college teachers.Teaching reflection,problem-solving in situations,and so on are important ways to improve teaching practical knowledge for college teachers.To further enhance the development of college teachers'practical teaching knowledge,it is necessary to grasp the key role of teaching reflection in the development of college teachers'practical teaching knowledge,strengthen the integration of teaching knowledge and situational knowledge,and pay attention to the dynamic role of self knowledge in the development of college teachers'practical teaching knowledge.
