摘 要:针对物联网的应用需求,设计了一种具有高轻载效率的DC-DC降压转换器。为了确保转换器轻载时工作在不连续导通模式,同时能够快速且低功耗地抑制反向电流,提出一种改进的过零检测电路,该电路具有功耗低、响应速度快、分辨率高的特点,有利于进一步提高轻载转换效率。该转换器采用典型的0.13μm CMOS工艺设计,仿真结果表明,转换器能够实现3 V到1.5 V的降压变换,并提供0.1~100 mA的输出电流;转换器的峰值转换效率为86.93%,且负载电流为0.1 mA时的轻载效率达到72.46%,实现了提高轻载效率的目标。To meet the application requirement of the Internet of Things,a DC-DC buck converter with high light-load efficiency was designed.An improved zero-crossing detection circuit was proposed to ensure the converter operates in discontinuous conduction mode under light-load and suppresses reverse current quickly with lower power consumption.The circuit has the characteristics of low power consumption,fast response and high resolution,which further contribute to improving the light-load efficiency.The converter was designed using a typical 0.13μm CMOS process.The simulation results show that the converter can achieve a voltage transformation from 3 V to 1.5 V with an output current raging from 0.1 mA to 100 mA.The peak conversion efficiency is 86.93%for the converter.At the load current of 0.1 mA,the light-load efficiency reaches 72.46%,which achieves the goal of improve light-load efficiency.
