摘  要:宽域飞行器是新一代飞行器研制的重点发展方向。以典型的宽域飞行器——高速飞机为研究对象,面向其高低速气动力匹配设计需求,提取并研究了其核心部件机翼的设计知识。基于等度量映射、自组织映射、总变差分析、决策树4种具有代表性的数据挖掘算法,对飞行器气动布局设计的过程数据进行挖掘分析,讨论了高速阻力、高速升阻比、低速升力、低速阻力与设计变量之间的影响关系;探索了不同设计需求下,设计变量的设计规则与最佳寻优范围,凝练形成了可应用到同类型高速飞机的设计规律,旨在能为后续同类飞行器气动布局设计提供指导。Wide-speed range vehicle is the key development direction of the new generation vehicle.Taking a typical wide-speed vehicle,a high-speed aircraft,as the research object,for its high and low speed aerodynamic matching design requirements,the design knowledge extraction of its core component wing is studied.Based on 4 representative data mining algorithms such as equal metric mapping,self-organizing mapping,total variation analysis and decision tree,the process data of aerodynamic layout design of aircraft is analyzed by data mining.The relationship between the effects of high speed resistance,high speed lift-drag ratio,low speed lift,low speed resistance and design variables are discussed.The design rules and optimal range of design variables are explored for different design requirements,the condensed design rules can be applied to the same type of high-speed aircraft,aiming at providing guidance for the subsequent aerodynamic layout design of similar aircraft.
