摘 要:政府主导是全面推进民族乡村产业振兴的根本保障。结合文献研究和实地调研发现,不同性质的产业发展状态在很大程度上决定了民族乡村产业振兴具有不同的基层政府治理模式。选取的三个典型案例表明,外援性产业发展的管理型模式、合作性产业发展的监督型模式、自发性产业发展的服务型模式,集中体现了当地基层政府参与治理民族乡村产业振兴的三种实践形态。这一研究有助于准确把握当前我国散杂居地区民族乡村产业振兴的基层政府治理状况及未来发展走向。Government leadership is the fundamental guarantee for comprehensively promoting rural industrial revitalization in ethnic minority areas. Through a combination of literature review and field research,it was found that the development status of industries with different characteristics largely determines the varying governance models of grassroots government for rural industrial revitalization in ethnic minority areas.The three selected typical cases demonstrate three distinct governance models of grassroots government involvement in rural industrial revitalization in ethnic minority areas: a managerial model for externallysupported industries, a supervisory model for cooperative industries, and a service-oriented model for selfinitiated industries. This research helps to accurately understand the current governance status of grassroots government in promoting rural industrial revitalization in dispersed ethnic areas in China, as well as the future development trends.
