摘 要:循环电流控制策略是降低模块化多电平变流器(MMC)子模块电容电压波动的有效手段。现有循环电流控制策略中常常忽略桥臂电感电压的影响,这将导致模型误差,从而影响循环电流控制效果。本文提出了一种考虑桥臂电感电压的循环电流控制策略以抑制电容电压的波动。首先建立含有桥臂电感电压的循环电流数学模型,并利用输出电流与输出电压瞬时值确定循环电流参考值,然后通过2N+1调制的冗余开关状态将系统内部的循环电流调节至其参考值。最后通过实验验证了所提策略的有效性。Circulating current control strategy is an effective means to reduce the capacitor voltage fluctuation in the submodule of modular multilevel converter(MMC).The existing circulating current control strategies often ignore the effect of the bridge arm inductor voltage,which will lead to errors in their theoretical models and thus affect the ef-fectiveness of the circulating current control.A circulating current control strategy considering the bridge arm inductor voltage is proposed to suppress the fluctuation of capacitor voltage.Firstly,a mathematical model of the circulating current containing the bridge arm inductor voltage is established,and the reference value of the circulating current is determined by using the instantaneous values of the output current and output voltage,and then the circulating current inside the system is regulated to its reference value by the redundant switching state of 2N+1 modulation.Final-ly,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through experiments.
