化瘀通络灸对血管性痴呆模型大鼠认知功能的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨化瘀通络灸对血管性痴呆(VD)模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:将符合标准的73只VD模型大鼠随机分假手术组和造模组,假手术组15只仅暴露颈动脉,不予以结扎;造模组58只行双侧颈动脉永久结扎术。术后3 d对造模成功的45只大鼠行水迷宫实验筛选并再次随机分组为模型组、艾灸组、西药组,每组15只;艾灸组予以化瘀通络灸法,于大椎、百会、神庭上方2~3 cm悬起灸20 min,1次/d,连续治疗2周后停1 d,共治疗3周。西药组以吡拉西坦灌胃,2次/d,治疗周期时间进程同艾灸组;模型组和假手术组予灸架固定,不做其他处理,时间进程同艾灸组。观察4组大鼠平台时间、穿梭平台次数及平台停留时间。结果:经过干预处理后,艾灸组和西药组大鼠平台时间、穿梭平台次数、平台停留时间明显优于模型组和假手术组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀通络灸法可以有效促进VD大鼠认知功能恢复,改善VD大鼠学习记忆能力。Objective:To explore the effect of Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion on learning and memory ability in model rats with vascular dementia(VD).Methods:73 VD model rats meeting the criteria were randomly divided into sham operation group and modeling group.In the sham operation group,15 rats were exposed only to stiff arteries without ligation;58 rats in the modeling group underwent permanent bilateral carotid arteries ligation.At 3 days after operation,45 rats with successful modeling were selected by water maze test and randomly divided into a model group,a moxibustion group and a western medicine group again,with 15 rats in each group.The rats in the moxibustion group were treated with Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion.Moxibustion was suspended at 2-3 cm above Dazhui,Baihui and Shenting for 20 min,once a day for 2 consecutive weeks and then stopped for 1 day.The dispose lasted for 3 weeks.The rats in the western medicine group were treated with piracetam tablets by gavage,twice a day,with the same time course as the moxibustion group.The rats in the model group and the sham operation group were fixed with moxibustion rack without other treatment,and the time course was the same as that in the moxibustion group.Observe the flatform time,times of shuttle platform and time of platform residence of the four groups rats.Results:After the intervention,the ability of rats in the moxibustion group and western medicine group was significantly better than that of model group and sham operation group in the analysis of platform time,times of shuttle platform and time of platform residence,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion can effectively promote the recovery of cognitive function and improve the learning and memory ability of VD rats.
