楼丽华教授运用对药、角药治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎经验探析

摘　　要：肉芽肿性乳腺炎(GM)是一类复杂的难治性乳腺炎症类疾病,也称为慢性乳腺炎。临床以乳房肿块伴疼痛为主要表现,其病程长,病情易反复,严重影响患者生活质量及身心健康。楼丽华教授从事中医外科学临床、教学及科研工作40余年,对乳腺疾病,特别是难治性乳腺炎症类疾病的中医诊治有着深层次的见解。其在继承与发扬中医全生派“阳和化疽”理论上,结合临床经验,创新地提出“温通治痈”思想理论,将GM辨为“标阳本阴”证,在阳和汤基础上发展创立“楼氏融冰汤”,运用角药及对药治疗GM善用花药、虫药、动药、润药,将温阳、通达、和营三者有机结合,疗效显著,为指导临床实践提供参考。Granulomatous mastitis(GM)is a complex and refractory inflammatory disease of the breast,also known as chronic mastitis.The main clinical manifestations are breast lumps with pain.The course of the disease is long and the condition is easy to recur,which seriously affects the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients.Professor Lou Lihua has been engaged in clinic,teaching and scientific research in TCM surgery for more than 40 years,and has in-depth insights into the TCM diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases,especially refractory breast inflammation diseases.Prof.Lou Lihua inherits and carries forward the theory of“Yang-harmony Remedy for Carbuncle”of the Quansheng School of traditional Chinese medicine,and innovatively puts forward the ideological theory of“Warming and Dredging Treatment of Carbuncle”by combining with his clinical experience.She identifies GM as the“manifestation belonging to Yang and root cause belonging to Yin”syndrome,and establishes“Lou′s Rongbing Decoction”on the basis of Yanghe Decoction.She is good at using anthers,insect medicines,animal medicines,moisturizing medicines,modified trigonal medicines and matched pair of medicines in the treatment of GM.It can combine the warming Yang,unblocking and harmonizing ying,and the curative effect is remarkable,which provides reference for guiding clinical practice.
