摘 要:以节流管空气阻尼弹簧为研究对象,基于热力学和流体力学建立了空气弹簧主、副气室模型;考虑节流管空气阻尼弹簧工作过程中节流阻尼管内压缩气流的非线性特性,建立了节流阻尼管气流紊流模型;共同构建了系统内部压缩气体交换模型。采用Coulomb摩擦模型和分数导数Kelvin-Voigt模型描述橡胶气囊的幅频特性,结合气体交换模型,最终建立了节流管空气阻尼弹簧系统动力学模型,在系统平衡点附近进行了模型线性化并提出了系统动力学特性量化指标。在此基础上分析了节流阻尼管气流的紊流效应、橡胶气囊力学特性对系统动力学特性的影响规律,且所建模型可以较好地表述系统的幅频特性,验证了模型的有效性和准确性;并进一步研究了节流阻尼管关键设计参数对系统量化指标的影响规律。研究结果为空气阻尼弹簧在新能源汽车智能底盘中的产业化推广提供理论指导。Takeing the throttling pipe air damping air spring as the research object,and establishes the main and auxiliary chamber models of the air spring based on thermodynamics and fluid mechanics;Considering the nonlinear characteristics of compressed air flow inside the throttling damping pipe during the operation of the throttling pipe air damping air spring,the turbulence model of the throttling damping pipe is built.The compressed air flow exchange model inside system is jointly constructed.Then,Coulomb friction model and fractional derivative Kelvin Voigt model are used to describe the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the rubber bellows of the PADAS.As well as combining with the compressed air flow exchange model,the dynamic model of the throttling pipe air damping air spring is proposed.The dynamic model is linearized near the working equilibrium point of the system and the quantitative indexes of the dynamic characteristic of the system are proposed.On this basis,the effects of the turbulent flow effect of the throttling damping pipe and the mechanical characteristics of the rubber bellows on the dynamic characteristics of the PADAS system are analyzed,showing that the established model can effectively describe the amplitude frequency characteristics of the PADAS system,and the effectiveness and accuracy of the model are verified;Moreover,the further research is conducted on the influence of the key design parameters of throttling damping pipe on the quantitative index of system.The research results provide the theoretical guidance for the industrialization of air damping air spring in the intelligent chassis of new energy vehicles.
