摘  要:多材料激光粉末床熔融(Laser powder bed fusion,LPBF)成形过程中,高质量的粉末输送对于保证成形稳定性并提升零件的成形质量具有重要意义。设计了一种新型超声振动辅助粉末输送系统,分析了振动辅助模块的频率特征,并研究了针头直径对落粉效果的影响,通过0.3mm直径的针头实现了稳定、良好的粉末输送效果。通过上述粉末输送系统LPBF成形三种具有不同界面互锁结构(齿形、正弦、矩形)的钴基合金/铜多材料零件,验证了该粉末输送系统的可行性。进一步研究了三种不同互锁结构的界面特征,分析了界面处宏观样貌、微观缺陷以及元素分布。结果表明,振动辅助模块在21 kHz频率下能正常落粉,成形零件界面出现了两种金属的混合区。齿形互锁结构的成形质量优于正弦与矩形结构,其界面处的材料结合良好。以上结果能为粉末输送系统设计以及金属多材料界面结构设计提供参考。In the process of multi-material laser powder bed fusion(LPBF),a high-quality powder delivery is critical for the stability of the LPBF process and enhancing the quality of parts.A new type of ultrasonic vibration-assisted powder delivery system is designed.The frequency characteristics of the vibration-assisted module and the effect of needle diameter on powder dropping are investigated.A needle with a size of 0.3 mm is demonstrated to achieve the stale and well powder delivery.Three types of Co-based alloy/copper multi-material parts with different interlocking structures(i.e.,sawtooth,sine,and rectangle)are fabricated by LPBF using the ultrasonic vibration-assisted powder delivery system,demonstrating the feasibility of the powder delivery system.Subsequently,the interface characteristics of three types of multi-material parts are investigated to analyze the macroscopic morphology,defects and the element distribution at the interface.The results show that the powder can be delivered stably with a frequency of 21 kHz by the vibration-assisted module.A mixing area of two materials are found at the interface of the multi-material parts.The forming quality of the sawtooth-shaped interlocking structure is higher than that of the sine-and rectangle-shaped interlocking structures,which showing a good interfacial bonding.The results may provide reference for the design of the powder delivery system and the metal multi-material interface structure.
