摘  要:随着我国高能效机电装备的规模化应用与能效约束的持续加强,提升装备的专业化节能运维服务能力,保障装备的各工作单元在其各工况场景的全工作域运行中充分释放自身能效潜力,是我国工业能效全面提升进程中迫切需要解决的关键问题。然而,影响装备能效损失的内外因素众多,且深度耦合在装备全工作空间域的不同工作单元内及其全工作时间域的多工况场景中,致使能效运维的过程与目标难以有效控制,全工作域能效运维实施困难。为此,通过分析机电装备全工作域低能效服役的起因,探索全工作域能效运维的问题特征,明确影响工程实践的关键科学难题;进而详细综述机电装备的全工作域能效损失分析与调控因子识别、全工作域能效运维过程模型构建、全工作域多目标能效运维优化三大难题的代表性研究进展,讨论当前的研究现状与研究面临的主要挑战;从而给出全工作域能效运维的研究层次及其研究重点。With the large-scale application of high-efficiency electromechanical equipment and the continuous strengthening of energy efficiency constraints,improving the specialized energy-saving maintenance service capabilities for equipment,and ensuring that each work unit of equipment fully realizes its energy efficiency potential over the whole operating range of various working conditions,are the key issues that need to be urgently solved in the process of comprehensively improving industrial energy efficiency in China.However,numerous internal and external factors that affect the energy efficiency loss of equipment abound,which are deeply coupled in different work units within the whole working space domain of equipment and in multiple working conditions within the whole working time domain.As a result,the process and objectives of energy efficiency maintenance are hard to effectively control,making energy efficiency maintenance over the whole operating range difficult.To this end,by analyzing the causes of low energy efficiency service over the whole operating range of electromechanical equipment,the problem characteristics of energy efficiency maintenance over the whole operating range are clarified,identifying key scientific challenges affecting engineering practice.Furthermore,the representative research progress of three difficult problems is reviewed in detail,and the current research status and the main problems faced are discussed.Three difficult problems include the analysis of energy efficiency loss and identification of regulatory factors over the whole operating range of electromechanical equipment,the construction of the energy efficiency maintenance process model of the whole operating range,and the multi-objective energy efficiency maintenance optimization method of the whole operating range.Finally,the research level and key point of energy efficiency maintenance over the whole operating range are given.
