摘 要:5G通信技术在工业自动化领域的应用十分广泛,特别是在自动引导车(AGV)操作中。为了提高自动化物流系统的效率和安全性,文中提出了一种结合5G技术和数据治理技术的AGV车自组网技术方案。首先,通过需求分析,明确了在现代工厂环境中实施5G网络所需满足的主要条件。其次,设计了基于5G技术的AGV车自组网架构,确保系统的高效和稳定运行。最后,通过在实际工厂环境中的验证,证实了基于5G的自组网系统在数据传输效率、系统稳定性和安全性方面优于传统的Wi-Fi系统。The application of 5G communication technology in the field of industrial automation is very extensive,especially in the operation of automated guided vehicles(AGVs).In order to improve the efficiency and safety of automated logistics systems,this paper proposes an AGV vehicle self-organizing network technology solution that combines 5G technology and data governance technology.Firstly,through requirement analysis,the main conditions required for implementing 5G networks in modern factory environments have been identified.Secondly,a 5G based AGV vehicle self-organizing network architecture was designed to ensure efficient and stable operation of the system.Finally,through verification in actual factory environments,it has been confirmed that 5G based ad hoc network systems outperform traditional Wi Fi systems in terms of data transmission efficiency,system stability,and security.
