摘 要:在成品油零售企业中,销售和盈利是两个核心指标,直接关系到企业的生存和发展,如何实现销售与盈利的平衡成为公司关注的焦点。文中通过搭建零售量效评估模型,挖掘数据价值,从海量数据中洞察销售与盈利的内在关系,实现营销活动事前评估预测、事中跟踪管理、事后评估分析的全生命周期管理,持续优化经营策略,强化“量效兼顾、量价双收”的经营理念,推进零售业务高质量发展。In refined oil retail enterprises,sales and profits are two core indicators that directly affect the survival and development of the enterprise.How to achieve a balance between sales and profits has become a focus of attention for companies.This paper constructs a retail quantity and efficiency evaluation model,explores the value of data,and insights the inherent relationship between sales and profitability from massive data.It achieves full lifecycle management of pre evaluation and prediction,in-process tracking and management,and post evaluation and analysis of marketing activities,continuously optimizes business strategies,strengthens the business philosophy of“balancing quantity and efficiency,and achieving both quantity and price”,and promotes high-quality development of retail business.
