摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速以及人口的增长,交通运输问题已经成为评价一个城市的发展水平的重要标准。同时,面对日益加剧的能源危机及环境污染问题,发展低碳交通已成为全球性的发展趋势。为解决高速公路的信息管理问题,提高交通效率并保障路面安全,交通信息采集与交换管理系统应运而生。其可以实时采集并准确传输路况信息,帮助交通管理者与驾驶员作出更加合理的决策,提高交通运行效率。With the acceleration of urbanization and the growth of population,transportation has become an important criterion for evaluating the development level of a city.At the same time,in the face of the increasing energy crisis and environmental pollution problems,the development of low-carbon transportation has become a global development trend.In order to effectively alleviate the information management problem of expressways,improve traffic operation efficiency and ensure road safety,traffic information collection and exchange management system came into being.It can collect and accurately transmit road condition information in real time,help traffic managers and drivers make more reasonable decisions and improve traffic operation efficiency.
