摘　　要：目的 探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对心力衰竭(心衰)伴低钠血症患者的应用价值。方法 选取2021年4月至2022年10月我院收治的62例心衰伴低钠血症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。观察组进行沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,对照组进行贝那普利治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的血清钠水平和N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的心功能水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的6min步行试验距离比对照组更远(P<0.05)。结论 沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对心衰伴低钠血症患者的治疗效果显著,能够明显改善患者的心功能,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application value of sackubactril valsartan sodium in patients with heart failure and hyponatremia.Methods 62 patients with heart failure and hyponatremia treated in our hospital from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with sacubactril and valsartan sodium,while the control group was treated with benazepril.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the serum sodium level and NT-proBNP level in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function of observation group was better than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).The 6min walking test distance of observation group was longer than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sackubactril valsartan sodium has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with heart failure and hyponatremia,and can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
