中拉现代化道路比较:后发国家的追赶之路

摘　　要：对比中国与拉美国家的现代化道路,能够凸显中国式现代化的独特智慧与魅力,可以为后发国家的现代化追赶之路提供参考借鉴。从类型上看,中国式现代化与拉美国家现代化同属于“外源性现代化”和“后发型现代化”。但从结果上看,中国式现代化实现了从“后发者”到“超越者”的嬗变;而拉美国家作为后发现代化国家中的“先行者”,最终却沦为“落伍者”。究其原因,拉美国家现代化具有显著的依附性、教条性、摇摆性和动荡性,而中国式现代化则凸显出道路自主性、理论科学性、模式坚定性和政治稳定性的优势。对比显示,后发国家在现代化建设过程中需要坚持独立自主的发展道路,坚持全体人民的利益保障,坚持政治秩序的持续稳定和坚持社会治理的全面协调。Comparing the modernization paths of China and Latin America can highlight the unique wisdom and charm of Chinese path to modernization,and provide reference for the catching-up path of modernization in late developing countries.In terms of type,Chinese path to modernization and Latin American modernization belong to the same category of“exogenous modernization”and“late developing modernization”.However,in terms of results,Chinese path to modernization has achieved the transmutation from a“latecomer”to a“transcendent”,while Latin America,as a“forerunner”among the latecomer modernization countries,has eventually been reduced to a“laggard”.The reason is that Latin America modernization has been marked by dependence,dogmatism,vacillation and turbulence,while Chinese path to modernization has highlighted the advantages of road autonomy,scientific theory,firmness of model and political stability.This research shows that in the process of modernization,late developing countries need to adhere to the independent and autonomous path of development,the safeguarding of the interests of the entire people,the continued stability of the political order and the comprehensive coordination of social governance.
