摘　　要：习近平总书记根据世界互联网的发展趋势、世界历史的演化过程及人类的发展走向,提出了“网络空间命运共同体”重要论述。其作为习近平治国理政新思想的重要组成部分,包含平等尊重、和平安全、创新发展、开放共享四个方面内容,具有极其丰富的内涵。这一论述的提出对创新发展马克思共同体思想、解决全球网络治理问题,以及引领我国网络强国建设,具有非常重要的时代价值。According to the development trend of the world Internet,the evolution process of world history and the development trend of mankind,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward an important exposition of“a community with a shared future in cyberspace”.It is an important part of Xi Jinping’s new thoughts on state governance.It includes four aspects:equality and respect,peace and security,innovation and development,and openness and sharing.It has extremely rich connotations.The proposal of this discourse has very important value of the times for the innovation and development of the thought of the Marxist community,for solving the problems of global network governance,and for leading the construction of my country’s network power.
