多样性护理在老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者中应用多样性护理的价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月本院收治的老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用多样性护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 与对照组相比,研究组患者的治疗依从性更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量评分明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多样性护理可提高老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者的治疗依从性,改善其生活质量,患者的满意度较高。Objective To explore the value of applying diverse nursing in elderly patients with diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group with diverse nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment compliance of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing can improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease,and the satisfaction of patients is high.
