琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合胺碘酮对室性心律失常的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合胺碘酮对室性心律失常的效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2021年11月我院急诊科收治的室性心律失常患者72例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。所有患者的常规治疗方案相同,对照组加用胺碘酮;观察组在对照组的基础上加用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片;比较两组临床疗效、心功能、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的各项心功能指标检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对急诊科室性心律失常患者进行急救治疗时,在常规治疗的基础上,加用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片和胺碘酮可以提高临床疗效,改善患者心功能,且不会增加用药后的不良反应发生率,整体应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the effect of metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets combined with amiodarone in emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 72 patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to the Emergency Department of our hospital from January 2021 to November 2021 were selected,and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.All patients received the same routine treatment regimen,and 36 patients in the control group received amiodarone.Observation group 36 cases were given metoprolol succinate sustained release tablet on the basis of control group;The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cardiac function indexes between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in observation group was higher than that in control group,and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and heart rate were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of patients with ventricular arrhythmia in the emergency department,on the basis of conventional treatment,metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets and amiodarone can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the cardiac function of patients,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions after medication,and the overall application value is high.
