无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 研究无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法 选取2017年11月至2022年11月在本院住院的60例急性左心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予一般对症处理,观察组在对照组基础上采用无创正压通气治疗,对比两组患者的临床表现。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的动脉血氧分压高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压、心率和呼吸频率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 急性左心衰竭合并呼吸衰竭患者选择无创正压通气治疗的临床效果较好,有应用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on acute left heart failure combined with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute left heart failure and respiratory failure who were hospitalized in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2022 were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given general symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on the basis of the control group.The clinical manifestations of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the partial pressure of arterial blood carbon dioxide,heart rate and respiratory rate were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with acute left heart failure combined with respiratory failure choose noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for the clinical effect is better,and has application value.
