摘　　要：目的 分析心理健康现状调查配合心理行为干预对脑卒中后致残老年患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年10月我院收治的80例脑卒中后致残老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施心理健康现状调查配合心理行为干预。对两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分、家庭依赖程度进行对比。结果 护理后,两组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组的生活质量评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在家庭依赖程度方面,观察组的轻度依赖和中度依赖占比高于对照组,重度依赖和完全依赖占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心理健康现状调查配合心理行为干预可以改善脑卒中后致残老年患者的生活质量及心理状态,降低对家庭的依赖程度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the influence of mental health status survey combined with psychological behavior intervention on the quality of life of disabled elderly patients after stroke.Methods A total of 80 disabled elderly patients treated in our hospital after stroke from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received mental health status survey combined with psychological behavior intervention.The scores of anxiety,depression,quality of life and family dependence were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,anxiety score and depression score of two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of family dependence degree,the proportion of mild dependence and moderate dependence in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of severe dependence and complete dependence was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental health status survey combined with psychological behavior intervention can improve the quality of life and psychological state of disabled elderly patients after stroke,and reduce the degree of dependence on family,which is worthy of promotion.
