摘　　要：精神生活共同富裕对满足个人心灵、提升社会自觉和支撑国家发展有重要价值。当前,精神生活共同富裕建设尚存在文化生态环境复杂、文化产品多而不精、文化服务尚未“共同”及文化人才队伍失衡等现实问题。应通过营造高质量文化生态环境、供给高质量文化艺术精品、提供高质量公共文化服务、培养高质量文化人才后备军等助力精神生活共同富裕早日实现。The common prosperity of spiritual life is of great value in satisfying individual mind, enhancing social consciousness and supporting national development. At present, there are still some realistic problems in the construction of common prosperity of spiritual life, such as complex cultural ecological environment, many but not refined cultural products, lack of “common” cultural services and imbalance of cultural talent team. By creating a high-quality cultural and ecological environment, we are supposed to supply high-quality cultural and artistic products, provide high-quality public cultural services, and cultivate high-quality cultural talents to the promote the realization of common prosperity of spiritual life early.
