心脏彩色多普勒超声对小儿先天性心脏病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究心脏彩色多普勒超声对小儿先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月我院发现的疑似先天性心脏病的患儿68例,所有患儿均开展心脏彩色多普勒超声检查,并以临床综合检查结果为金标准,评估心脏彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。结果金标准证实:阳性患儿有43例,阴性患儿25例;阳性患儿中室间隔缺损11例、动脉导管未闭13例、卵圆孔未闭与房间隔缺损19例。心脏彩色多普勒超声检出阳性患儿43例,阴性患儿25例;阳性患儿中室间隔缺损10例、动脉导管未闭13例、卵圆孔未闭与房间隔缺损20例。心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断准确度为91.18%(62/68),特异度、灵敏度分别为88.00%(22/25)、93.02%(40/43)。结论在小儿先天性心脏病鉴别诊断中,心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断效能较高,值得推广使用。Objective To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography in children with congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 68 children suspected of congenital heart disease found in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected,all of whom underwent cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography.The clinical comprehensive examination results were used as the gold standard to evaluate the application value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography.Results The gold standard confirmed that there were 43 positive children,25 negative children,11 cases of ventricular septal defect,13 cases of patent ductus arteriosus,19 cases of patent foramen ovale and atrial septal defect.Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound detected positive in 43 cases and negative in 25 cases,and were 10 cases of ventricular septal defect,13 cases of patent ductus arteriosus,13 cases of patent foramen ovale and 20 cases of atrial septal defect.The diagnostic accuracy of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound was 91.18%(62/68),and the specificity and sensitivity were 88.00%(22/25)and 93.02%(40/43),respectively.Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of congenital heart disease in children,cardiac color Doppler ultrasound has high diagnostic efficiency and is worthy of praise.
