预见性护理在急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓患者实施预见性护理的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年9月我院收治的88例急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者进行预见性护理,比较两组患者的护理效果和并发症发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓患者实施预见性护理措施效果显著,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of predictive nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with intravenous thrombolysis in our hospital from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing.The nursing outcomes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after nursing intervention.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing measures in patients with acute myocardial infarction intravenous thrombolysis has significant effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
