半夏白术天麻汤联合黄连温胆汤治疗高血压病眩晕的价值

摘　　要：目的 分析半夏白术天麻汤联合黄连温胆汤治疗高血压(HBP)眩晕的临床价值。方法 选取本院2023年1月至2023年7月收治的82例HBP眩晕患者,将其以随机数字表法划分为对照组和观察组,每组41例,对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组增加半夏白术天麻汤+黄连温胆汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果、血压值、眩晕程度、不良反应。结果 治疗总有效率:对照组78.05%(32/41),观察组95.12%(39/41),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。血压值(收缩压、舒张压):观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。眩晕程度(眩晕评分、中医证候积分):观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应:对照组12.20%(5/41),观察组9.76%(4/41),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 半夏白术天麻汤联合黄连温胆汤治疗HBP眩晕的效果显著,可调节血压,缓解眩晕,且不会导致用药不良反应增多,值得推广。Objective The clinical value of treating vertigo in hypertension(HBP)was analyzed Pinellia white surgery Gastrodia elata soup and Coptis chinensis warm bile soup.Methods 82 cases of HBP vertigo patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group by random numbers,41 cases each.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group added the Pinellia white surgery Gastrodia elata soup and Coptis chinensis warm bile soup.The treatment effect,blood pressure value,vertigo degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 78.05%(32/41)in the control group and 95.12%(39/41)in the observation group,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).Blood pressure values(systolic and diastolic);The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The degree of dizziness(dizziness score,TCM syndrome score);The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions:12.20%(5/41)in the control group and 9.76%(4/41)in the observation group.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Pinellia white surgery Gastrodia elata soup with Coptis chinensis warm bile soupcan regulate blood pressure,relieve vertigo,and does not lead to increased adverse drug reactions,which is worth promoting.
