摘　　要：英国马克思主义学者阿列克斯·卡利尼科斯在其所著《反第三条道路:一个反资本主义的批评》中,运用马克思主义政治经济学观点详细讨论了经济与政治全球化之现象与本质的相关议题,并针对“第三条道路”理论倡导者即布莱尔领导下的英国新工党及克林顿领导的美国政府的实际实践表现,包括其对平等主义、社群主义等社会主义传统价值的背叛和对市场力量的倾倒,对“第三条道路”政治哲学进行了严谨的批判,揭露了“第三条道路”的资本主义内核。虽然卡利尼科斯没有对其所认为的理想替代方案及如何彻底打破资本逻辑进行系统和具体的讨论,但该批判能够帮助新左派看清资本主义新变化的本质,在批判改良主义方面具有一定理论借鉴意义。此外,该批判为新左派明确了革命目标,并就运动的大方向提出建议,这有助于团结和鼓励正在壮大的国际左派新力量,对21世纪正在崛起中的反资本主义运动具有启发意义。The British Marxist scholar Alex Callinicos published a book titled“Against the‘Third Way’:An Anti-Capitalist Critique”.Applying insights from Marxist political economics,this book comprehensively discusses the phenomena and essence of economic and political globalization.It also provides a rigorous critique of the practical actions of the proponents of the“Third Way”,notably the New Labour government under the leadership of Tony Blair in the United Kingdom and the administration led by Bill Clinton in the United States.These actions include their abandonment of traditional socialist values,such as egalitarianism and communitarianism,and their admiration for the power of the market.Ultimately,this critique reveals the capitalist core of the“Third Way”.While Callinicos did not engage in a systematic and concrete discussion of what his ideal alternatives would look like and how to break free from the logic of capital,his book helps the new left gain a clearer understanding of the essence of new changes in capitalism and holds theoretical value for critiquing reformism.Furthermore,the book provides a clear articulation of revolutionary objectives for the new left and offers recommendations for the direction of the movement,thus contributing to the unity and encouragement of the growing international new left and provides inspiration for the anti-capitalist movements that are emerging in the new century.
