稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔片治疗心衰合并快室率心房颤动患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗心衰合并快室率心房颤动的临床效果。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年7月期间我院收治的86例心衰合并快室率心房颤动患者,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,每组43例。两组患者均接受常规治疗(抗心衰、抗心房颤动),在此基础上,对照组应用琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组静息心室率、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)更低,左心室射血分数(LVEF)更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对心衰合并快室率心房颤动患者联合应用美托洛尔与稳心颗粒能够取得确切疗效,可改善患者的心功能,降低心室率,且用药安全性良好,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules in the treatment of heart failure complicated with fast ventricular rate atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 86 patients with heart failure combined with fast ventricular rate atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment(anti-heart failure,anti-atrial fibrillation),on this basis,the control group was treated with metoprolol succinate,and the observation group was treated with Wenxin granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,compared with control group,the resting ventricular rate,left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)in observation group were lower,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,higher than that of the control group 81.40%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of metoprolol and Wenxin granules can achieve definite therapeutic effects on patients with heart failure and fast ventricular rate atrial fibrillation.It can improve patient cardiac function,reduce ventricular rate,and has good medication safety,which is worth promoting.
