厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨充血性心力衰竭(心衰)合并室性心律失常治疗时联合应用厄贝沙坦与美托洛尔的临床效果。方法 选取2019年9月至2022年9月我院接受治疗的30例充血性心衰合并室性心律失常患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组与试验组,每组15例。对照组使用美托洛尔进行治疗,试验组接受厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组血清脑钠(BNP)水平、室性早搏数及临床治疗效果。结果 试验组患者血清BNP水平、室性早搏数均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 采用厄贝沙坦和美托洛尔联合用药方案治疗充血性心衰合并室性心律失常的效果显著,能有效降低患者血清BNP水平,减少室性早搏次数,从而提高治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined therapy with irbesartan and metoprolol in the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmias.Methods Thirty patients with congestive heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia who received treatment in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected,and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the experimental group was treated with irbesartan combined with metoprolol.The serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),the number of ventricular premature beats and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results Serum BNP and ventricular premature beat number in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of irbesartan and metoprolol in the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia has a remarkable effect,which can effectively reduce the serum BNP level of patients and reduce the number of premature ventricular beats,so as to improve the therapeutic effect,which is worth promoting.
