摘　　要：从马克思主义政治经济学的视角来看,发轫于资本的全球扩张而形成的世界市场和资本国际大循环,是经济全球化得以形成的根本动因。当前的经济全球化是西方发达资本主义国家主导的经济全球化,资本逻辑和领土逻辑之间的冲突使其国内矛盾激化,由此引发并助长了其同一些在经济全球化进程中得到快速发展国家之间的冲突,导致我国经济发展的外部环境急剧恶化。从经济全球化视角看,筑牢安全底线、提升发展质量、坚持对外开放,应当成为我们推动构建以国内大循环为主体的新发展格局的三个着力点。From the perspective of Marxist political economy,the world market and international circulation of capital,which originated from the global expansion of capital,are the fundamental reasons for the formation of economic globalization.The current economic globalization is led by developed capitalist countries in the West.The conflict between capital logic and territorial logic has intensified domestic contradictions which has triggered and facilitated conflicts with some countries that have developed rapidly in the process of economic globalization,leading to a sharp deterioration of the external environment for China’s economic development.From the perspective of economic globalization,building the safe bottom line,improving the quality of development,and adhering to opening up should be the three focus points for us to promote the construction of the dual circulation with domestic circulation as the main part.
