摘  要:推进高校就业指导课教学改革,是优化课程建设之需,也是提升人才培养质量之需。经过十多年建设发展,高校就业指导课教学内容设置较为全面,基本满足了学生学习预期,师资队伍建设也取得一定成效。通过六所高校的问卷调查发现,还存在课程设置有待优化、教学内容建设改革相对滞缓、教学方法相对单一、师资队伍不健全等问题。高校仍需优化课程体系设置,加强教学内容建设,深入推进教学方式创新,加强师资队伍建设。The reform of the teaching of employment guidance course in universities is required for optimizing course construction, and also required for improving the quality of talent training. After more than ten years of construction, the teaching of employment guidance course in universities has been relatively comprehensive, which basically meets students’ expectations. And faculty construction has made progress. However, according to the investigation of six universities in Jiangsu, there are still some problems, such as incomplete course settings, slow reform of teaching content, single teaching method and unsound faculty construction. Therefore, universities still need to optimize the course settings, promote the reform of teaching content, deeply promote the innovation of teaching methods, and strengthen the faculty construction.
