摘　　要：婚姻问题对于经济社会发展影响重大。第七次人口普查数据显示,临沂市人口出生性别比严重失衡,30—39岁人口婚姻稳定性弱,初婚年龄延迟,未婚老年人生活保障差,老年人丧偶比高。本文基于“全龄段婚姻关怀”理念,从婴幼儿托养服务体系、未成年人婚姻家庭教育制度、青年人结婚成本、老年人婚姻关爱、社会组织发展、婚姻家庭专业支持方面给予回应。Population marriage issue has a great impact on economic and social development. Based on the data of the seventh population census in Linyi city, Shandong Province, this paper analyzes the marriage situation of Linyi city,and points out the serious imbalance of sex ratio at birth, the low marital stability of 30-39 year old people, the delay of the age of first marriage, the lack of life security for the unmarried elderly, and the high proportion of the elderly widowers. Based on the concept of whole-age marriage care, it proposes to establish infant care service system, construct marriage and family education system for minors, reduce the cost of marriage for young people, care for the marriage of the elderly, develop social service organizations, and provide professional support for marriage and family.
