摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平深刻把握当代文化发展规律,提出一系列新思想、新论断,并创造性地提出“新的文化使命”这一重大命题,对我国文化建设做出前瞻性、战略性、全局性谋划。这一命题内涵丰富,包括继续推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国和建设中华民族现代文明三个维度,呈现出一贯性、人民性、开放性。习近平关于“新的文化使命”的重要论述系统完整、逻辑严密,巩固了以我为主的中华文化主体性,确立了实现中华文明复兴的新指南,深化了对人类文明交流发展规律的认识。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has profoundly grasped the laws of contemporary cultural development,put forward a series of new ideas and assertions,and creatively put forward the major proposition of“new cultural missions”,which is a forward-looking,strategic,and holistic plan for China’s cultural construction.This proposition has rich connotations,including the three dimensions of continuing to promote cultural prosperity,building a cultural powerhouse,and constructing a modern civilization for the Chinese nation,showing consistency,popularity,and openness.Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the“new cultural missions”is systematic,complete and logical,which consolidates the subjectivity of Chinese culture as our own,establishes a new guideline for realizing the renaissance of Chinese civilization,and deepens the understanding of the law of exchange and development of human civilization.
