AutoPulse心肺复苏机在急诊心脏骤停患者救治中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨在急诊心脏骤停患者的救治中引入自动化心肺复苏机(Auto Pulse)的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2022年11月收治在我院急救的心脏骤停患者158例,随机分为两组,对照组徒手心肺复苏(n=78),观察组应用Auto Pulse心肺复苏机救治(n=80),对比不同救治方式下,患者的心肺复苏成功率、相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果观察组心肺复苏成功率高于对照组,观察组心肺复苏时间短于对照组,收缩压、血氧饱和度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊心脏骤停患者的救治中引入Auto Pulse心肺复苏机,其心肺复苏成功率更高,心肺复苏指标更优,并发症更少,优势明显。Objective To investigate the application effect of automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine(Auto Pulse)in the treatment of patients with emergency cardiac arrest.Methods A total of 158 patients with cardiac arrest admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with hands-free cardiopulmonary resuscitation(n=78),while the observation group was treated with Auto Pulse cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine(n=80).The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,related indicators and complications of patients were compared between two groups.Results The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the systolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation were higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of Auto Pulse cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine in the treatment of patients with emergency cardiac arrest shows higher success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,better cardiopulmonary resuscitation index,fewer complications,and obvious advantages.
