摘　　要：目的 观察综合护理干预在心脏冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)检查中的实施价值。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年10月在我院进行心脏冠状动脉CTA检查的患者82例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。观察组实施综合护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 与对照组相比,观察组CTA检查成功率高,呼吸次数少、心率低,图像质量优良率高,满意度评分高(P<0.05)。结论 在心脏冠状动脉CTA检查中应用综合护理干预效果较好,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in cardiac coronary CT angiography(CTA)examination.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent coronary CTA examination in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected,and were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher success rate of CTA examination,less number of breaths,lower heart rate,higher rate of excellent image quality,and higher satisfaction score(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the examination of coronary artery CTA is good,and it is worth learning.
