摘　　要：目的 探究高血压并发脑栓塞患者应用心理护理的价值。方法 选择2020年8月至2022年8月到我院接受治疗的100例高血压并发脑栓塞患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理干预,试验组在对照组的基础上行心理护理干预,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果 试验组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在高血压并发脑栓塞患者中应用心理护理,能够有效缓解患者的负面情绪,同时提升护理满意度,值得在临床中推广和使用。Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing in patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral embolism.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral embolism in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected,and were divided into 50 cases each by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was observed.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral embolism can effectively alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction at the same time,which is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
