摘 要:突发扰动下供应链中断风险对我国制造业供应链造成严重影响,提高供应链的应急能力是缓解供应链中断风险的关键。本文使用SWARA模型从动态能力和供应链举措两个层面对供应链韧性的六个影响因素进行评估,研究供应链中断风险背景下供应链韧性对供应链应急能力的影响。面对供应链的中断风险,企业可以通过升级供应链的环境感知能力和整合重置能力增强供应链的应急能力,进而针对制造业供应链体系的短板,提出供应链韧性治理的对策建议。The risk of supply chain interruption under sudden disturbances has a serious impact on the supply chain of China’s manufacturing industry.Improving the emergency capacity of the supply chain is the key to alleviating the risk of supply chain interruption.This article uses the SWARA model to evaluate the six influencing factors of supply chain resilience from two levels:dynamic capability and supply chain measures,and studies the impact of supply chain resilience on supply chain emergency response capability in the context of supply chain interruption risk.Faced with the risk of supply chain interruption,enterprises can enhance their emergency response capabilities by upgrading their environmental perception and integration reset capabilities,and then propose countermeasures and suggestions for supply chain resilience governance in response to the shortcomings of the manufacturing supply chain system.
