摘　　要：黄庭坚一生颠沛流离,晚年经受两次贬谪,其中南贬宜州乃宦迹的最后一站。在途经湖南时,他描摹了湖湘沿途的自然风光和文化奇观,留下了很多与故交挚友同游时情意深长的诗篇。通过考察这些诗歌,能够反观黄庭坚经受生命沉沦时超然旷达的心境,也能以此为镜,映照出北宋后期贬谪诗人的思想与心态。Huang Tingjian’s life was vagabonding and rough. In his later years, he was relegated to Yizhou in the south twice, which was the last stop of his official career. His poetic creation in Hunan province on his way to Yizhou is an important part of Hunan poetry. While describing the natural scenery along the way, he endowed it with a deeper cultural connotation and displayed the unique cultural wonders of Hunan. At the same time, he kept many meaningful poems and promoted the vigorous development of Huxiang culture. At the same time, they show a unique state of mind of detachment and broadness, which reflects the life and mentality of some unaccomplished literati in the late Northern Song dynasty.
