多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗心肌梗死后左心衰竭的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗心肌梗死后左心衰竭的临床效果。方法 选择我院2022年1月至2022年12月收治的160例心肌梗死后左心衰竭患者,随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各80例。研究组提供多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗,对照组采取多巴胺治疗。对比两组临床疗效、临床指标、生命体征和治疗安全性。结果 研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组左心室射血分数、舒张早期的充盈速度最大值(E)/舒张晚期的充盈速度最大值(A)以及氧分压均明显升高,B型利钠肽和心率明显降低,研究组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗心肌梗死后左心衰竭患者的临床效果显著,能改善心功能,安全性较好,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of left heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods 160 patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into study group and control group,80 cases in each group.The study group provided dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside treatment,and the control group received dopamine treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,vital signs and treatment safety between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction and maximum filling velocity in early diastole(E)/maximum filling velocity in late diastole(A),as well as oxygen partial pressure were significantly increased in both groups,and B-type natriuretic peptide and heart rate were significantly decreased in the study group,the improvement level of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside can improve the clinical effect of left heart failure after myocardial infarction,improve cardiac function,with good safety and worth clinical application.
