心理护理措施对心血管内科患者情绪状态的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 观察心理护理措施对心血管内科患者情绪状态的影响。方法 选取我院2020年5月至2021年11月收治的50例心血管内科患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理措施。对比两组护理满意度、情绪状态评分和护理干预效果。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,情绪状态评分低于对照组,护理干预总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对心血管内科患者实施心理护理措施,可有效缓解患者的不良情绪,提高其护理满意度,护理干预效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing measures on emotional state of patients in cardiovascular medicine department.Methods 50 cardiovascular patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing measures based on the control group.Nursing satisfaction,emotional state score and nursing intervention effect were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the emotional state score was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of nursing intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing measures for cardiovascular medicine patients can effectively alleviate the patients'bad emotions and improve their nursing satisfaction.The nursing intervention effect is remarkable,and it is worth promoting.
