摘 要:以水性防腐涂料为基础,对埋弧焊缝基材的电化学吸氧腐蚀引起的易闪锈机理进行分析,通过对不同温湿度条件及使用不同化学结构的水性树脂和抗闪锈剂在耐弧焊缝基材上的抗闪锈影响进行探讨。结果表明,在施工温度≥10℃、相对湿度≤80%的条件下,选择水性醇酸树脂、水性环氧树脂或具备金属基材络合能力的丙烯酸乳液作为水性防腐涂料基料,并在配方中添加配方总量1%的胺基防闪锈剂C110,可以在埋弧焊缝基材表面起到良好的防闪锈作用,也能满足涂膜耐水性要求。Based on waterborne anticorrosive coatings,the mechanism of flash rust induced by electrochemical oxygen absorption corrosion of submerged arc welding joint substrate was discussed.The effects of different temperature and humidity conditions,waterborne resins and anti-flash rust agents with different chemical structures on the arc welding joint substrate were discussed.The results showed that aqueous alkyd resin,aqueous epoxy resin or acrylic emulsion with metal substrate complex ability were selected as the base material of waterborne anticorrosive coatings,under the conditions of construction temperature higher than 10℃and humidity lower than 80%,the addition of 1%amine anti-flash rust agent C110 based on the total composition could play a good role in anti-flash rust on the surface of submerged arc welding seam substrate,and also met the water resistance requirements of the coating film.
