润湿分散剂对蓝色丙烯酸面漆浮色发花问题的探讨

摘　　要：通过对润湿分散剂的筛选和评价,分析了不同润湿分散剂对客车用蓝色2K丙烯酸面漆浮色发花问题的影响,实验发现,当选择DISPERBYK-161和DISPERBYK-2025分别作为蓝色和白色单色面漆的润湿分散剂,添加量分别为40%SOP和5%SOP时,用两者复配调色制备的蓝色2K丙烯酸面漆无浮色发花问题。This article analyzes the effect of different wetting dispersant on the problem of flooding and floating of blue series 2K acrylic topcoat for bus through screening and evaluation of wetting dispersant.The result shows that there was no flooding and floating problem of the blue 2K acrylic polyurethane topcoat when selecting DISPERBYK-161 and DISPERBYK-2025 as wetting dispersant for blue and white monochrome topcoat respectively,and adding 40%SOP and 5%SOP respectively.
