风电叶片前缘保护涂料的耐雨蚀试验研究

摘  要:风电叶片服役环境恶劣,叶片前缘易受雨水侵蚀而发生损伤,进而影响风电机组发电效率和运行稳定性。采用前缘保护涂料是目前风电叶片进行前缘防护最普遍的措施。本研究选取了3种典型的叶片前缘保护涂料进行了耐雨蚀试验,对比分析了不同的前缘保护涂料在雨蚀作用下的破坏失效情况和耐雨蚀性能的差异。研究表明,在叶尖线速度207 m/s,降雨量90 mm/h,平均雨滴直径为1~3 mm的试验条件下,前缘保护涂料L、M、N的雨蚀击穿破坏时间分别为180 min、300 min和480 min,前缘保护涂料N的耐雨蚀性能最为出色,其耐雨蚀性能达到L涂料的2.5倍以上。雨蚀对叶片前缘的破坏主要集中叶片尖部高线速度区域,表明叶片线速度也是影响叶片前缘雨蚀破坏的关键因素。The service environment for wind turbine blades is extremely harsh,and the leading edge of these blades is susceptible to rain erosion,which significantly impacts the efficiency of power generation and operational stability of wind turbines.The leading edge protective coating is the most typical measure for leading edge protection of wind turbine blades at present.In this paper,three typical blade leading edge protective coatings are selected for rain erosion resistance test,and the failure and rain erosion resistance of different leading edge protective coatings are compared and analyzed.The research shows that under the experimental conditions of blade tip linear velocity of 207 m/s,rainfall of 90 mm/h,and average raindrop diameter of 1-3 mm,the rain erosion breakdown time of leading edge protection coatings L,M,and N are 180 min,300 min,and 480 min respectively.Leading edge protective coating N has the best rain erosion resistance performance,reaching more than 2.5 times that of L coating.The damage caused by rain erosion to the leading edge of the blade is mainly concentrated in the high linear velocity area at the tip of the blade,indicating that the linear velocity of the blade is also a key factor affecting the rain erosion damage to the leading edge of the blade.
