摘　　要：随着汽车技术的发展,乘用车车身的腐蚀问题已成为消费者日益关注的质量问题之一。本研究从影响车身防腐性能的工艺设计方面出发,阐述了乘用车车身防腐工艺设计要点及工艺技术要求,重点对乘用车车身防腐性能的工艺设计、材料选型、生产制造、过程质量控制等因素进行详细叙述,从而为车身防腐工艺设计提供一定的参考依据。With the development of automobile technology,the corrosion problem of passenger car body has become one of the quality problems that consumers pay more and more attention to.In this paper,the key points and technical requirements of anticorrosion process design for passenger car body are introduced from the aspect of process design which affects the anticorrosion performance of car body.The process design,material selection,manufacture,process quality control and other factors of the anticorrosion performance of passenger car body are described in detail.
