摘　　要：针对车型面漆过程中的常见问题,对其现象特征和产生条件进行了概况性的描述与分析,归纳各类问题形成的前提条件和过程机理,提出针对性的思路对策,结合具体案例进行剖析说明,从设计检查和验证优化角度给出了一些管控建议,力求在设计与试制阶段避免或消除各类面漆涂层的质量问题,从而节约车型投产过程中的综合制造成本。In view of the typical problems of vehicles`topcoat,this paper first describes and analyses the characteristics of the phenomenon and their formative conditions,then summarizes the prerequisites and process mechanisms of various problems,and puts forward the countermeasures accordingly.In addition,some related specific cases are illustrated.This paper gives some control suggestions from the point of design inspection and optimization,so as to avoid or eliminate the quality problems in the design phase and trial production stage,thereby saving the comprehensive manufacturing cost in the process of vehicle production.
