摘　　要：研究了一种基于弹性天冬聚脲作为骨料粘合剂的磨石地坪,考察了不同树脂、固化剂及骨料搭配对成品磨石地坪性能的影响,采用施工性、耐污、硬度、抗压、抗冲击等性能指标作为表征参数,重点研究了粘合材料本身的拉伸强度和延伸率对磨石地面抗冲击开裂的影响,结果表明,低强度<10 MPa、高延伸>200%方案虽然抗冲击效果较好,但存在耐污差抗划伤差等其他缺陷;高强度>40 MPa、低延伸率<5%方案抗冲击开裂效果不理想;而中高强度20 MPa左右、中等延伸率30%~50%的方案抗冲击效果最优,其他性能也能满足磨石地坪的使用要求,这对改善环氧磨石、无机磨石易开裂现象有一定借鉴意义。This article studies a terrozzo floor based on elastic polyaspartic polyurea as an adhesive agent,which investigates the effects of different resin,curing agent and compound aggregate on the performance of the product.The workability,stain resistance,hardness,compression resistance and impact resistance of terrozzo floor are characterized.In particular the effects of the strength and elongation of the adhesive material itself on the impact cracking resistance of the terrozzo floor are investigated.The results show that the material with high strength of 20 MPa and medium elongation of 100%~200%exhibts the best impact resistance.Although low strength<10 MPa and high elongation>200%schemes have good impact resistance,but there are other problems such as poor stain resistance and scratch resistance.However,the schemes with high strength>40MPa and low elongation<5%has poor impact resistance.The other properties can also meet the requirements of terrozzo floor.Therefore,suitable strength and elongation schemes have certain reference significance for improving the cracking phenomenon of epoxy and inorganic terrozzo floor.
