热解技术在油田含油废塑料处理中的应用

摘  要:油田含油废塑料存在热解易结焦、处置达标率低等难题。塔河油田借鉴含油污泥处置经验,通过引进连续回转窑热解吸处理装置,在国内首创含油污泥与含油废塑料协同处理模式,实现了含油废塑料的高效处置。本文着重研究连续回转窑工艺参数对含油废塑料热解残渣含油率及热解油回收率的影响,实验结果表明:当m(含油废塑料):m(含油污泥)=1:3时,其混合物料最优热解吸温度为600℃、热解吸时间为120 min,无害化处理后热解残渣含油率、热解油回收率最优。Oilfield oily waste plastics have problems such as easy coking by pyrolysis and low disposal compliance rate.Drawing on the experience of oily sludge disposal,Tahe Oilfield has pioneered the co-treatment mode of oily sludge and oily waste plastics in China through the introduction of continuous rotary kiln thermal desorption treatment device,and realized the efficient disposal of oily waste plastics.In this paper,the effects of continuous rotary kiln process parameters on the oil content of pyrolysis residue and pyrolysis oil recovery rate of oily waste plastics were studied in the experimental process.The experimental results show that when m(oily waste plastics):m(oily sludge)=1:3,the optimal thermal desorption temperature of the mixed material is 600°C and the thermal desorption time is 120 min.After harmless treatment,the oil content of pyrolysis residue and the recovery rate of pyrolysis oil were the best.
