摘　　要：目的:分析血液灌流(HP)与血液透析(HD)对终末期糖尿病肾病(ESDN)患者睡眠状况、负性心理的实际影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2024年5月三明市沙县区总医院内科三区收治的ESDN患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分对照组(n=34)与观察组(n=34),对照组给予血液透析治疗(HD),观察组在对照组基础上联合给予血液灌流治疗(HP),连续治疗8周。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁的变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ESDN患者实施HP联合HD救治疗效佳,可以改善患者睡眠质量,降低负性心理。Objective:To analyze the actual effects of hemoperfusion(HP)and hemodialysis(HD)on the sleep status and negative psychology of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy disease(ESDN).Methods:A total of 68 patients with ESDN from May 2020 to 2024 May 2020 were selected from the third district of internal medicine,Shaxian General Hospital,Sanming,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=34)and the Observation Group(n=34).The control group received HD treatment,while the observation group received HP treatment in addition to HD treatment,for 8 consecutive weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention between the two groups.The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)were used to compare the changes in anxiety and depression before and after intervention between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were also significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of HP combined with HD on ESDN patients is good,enhancing the quality of sleep and reducing negative psychology.
