观察针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后残余下肢麻木引起的睡眠障碍临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析腰椎间盘突出症患者术后发生残余下肢麻木时应用针灸治疗的效果。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年10月福建省漳州市漳浦县中医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者50例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用日本骨科学会评分量表(JOA)比较2组患者的病情程度,采用疼痛数字评分量表(NRS)评估2组患者的疼痛改善情况,并比较2组治疗有效率。结果:针灸治疗后,观察组的疗效显著优于对照组,观察组PSQI评分、JOA评分、NRS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者术后发生残余下肢麻木时应用针灸治疗可发挥良好作用,具有重要临床应用价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc who suffered from residual numbness of lower limbs after operation.Methods:A total of 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Zhangpu County Hospital in Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=25)and an observation group(n=25)using a random number table method.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention between two groups of patients.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association Rating Scale(JOA)was used to compare the severity of the disease between the two groups of patients.The Pain Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)was used to evaluate the pain improvement of the two groups of patients,and the treatment efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After acupuncture treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the PSQI score,JOA score,and NRS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc patients with residual lower limb numbness after surgery can play a good role,and has important clinical application value,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
